We know that onboarding with other technology companies can be a real pain and take weeks or even months.
Making your life easier is what's we're here to do, so with FranFunnel onboarding requires just two simple steps.
STEP 1: Getting Your Leads Into FranFunnel's System
Because speed to lead is so important, the first step is, FranFunnel needs to receive a copy of every lead you generate as soon as it's generated.
Whether you use a CRM or simply receive leads from your sources directly, FranFunnel can accommodate both.
You're already receiving emails like this from your sources and/or CRM. We'll just have those sent to FranFunnel as well. FranFunnel will provide you with a unique email address to include on these emails. It's that simple.
STEP 2: Crafting Compelling Message Content
The second step is deciding what automated message to send each lead when they're added to FranFunnel.
In the end, these are your messages, so you have control over what you want them to say. However, we've done this hundreds if not thousands of times, and we're happy to make some recommendations.
The basic intro message we recommend is a simple three sentences:
First, start with and intro like: “Hi [insert lead name], I’m Dave Smith from your company.”
Second, state your intention: “I’d love to find some time to speak with you about _______”
Third, hook the lead with a direct question. “What time is best for us to speak?”
We'll also guide you on certain customizations based on what day of the week, or what time of day it is, to ensure you send the most relevant message possible.
If you're only onboarding a single FranFunnel user, that's it!
If you have multiple users for the same company, the only other thing we'll need from you is to understand how leads are being assigned. We can accommodate basically every different assignment protocol including Round Robin, so just let us know what method your company employs.
While we're working on these steps together, we'll be doing all the dirty work behind the scenes. Things like setting up your credentials, getting you best phone number, API integrations, and so on. You should be set up in a matter of hours.
Okay, so what happens now? To recap, here are your action items:
1. Take the email addresses we give you and make sure they're installed in your CRM or lead sources
2. Review, edit and approve your messaging copy
And finally you should go to the App Store or Play Store and download FranFunnel.
