When you log on to the desktop version of FranFunnel, you’ll see four different categories:
Starred
Starring is a way for you to mark any lead you’d want as special for whatever reason you’d like. Some people star leads they need to follow up with. Some people star leads that turn into sales. You can use it in the way that’s most useful for you. If you want to toggle a lead’s starring, click here:
Uncontacted
Every lead added to FranFunnel begins as uncontacted. This means that the FranFunnel user has been unsuccessful in connecting with the lead.
Contacted
There are two separate ways that a lead changes from being “uncontacted” to being “contacted.”
- Any time we receive a text message back from a lead
- If you go in and manually let us know that you’ve made contact with the lead via a different avenue (likely phone or e-mail)
Anytime you get a hold of a lead via a non-text form of communication (like e-mail replies), you’ll need to come in and let FranFunnel know you want to deactivate the drips.
Archived
Archiving is a way for you to make leads disappear from your main view for whatever reason you’d like. Some people archive leads that are dead. Some people archive leads that they don’t need to take any more action on. You can use it in the way that’s most useful for you. If you want to toggle a lead’s archiving, click here:
(When a lead is added to FranFunnel, it is automatically uncontacted, unstarred, and unarchived.)
