How do I manually add leads to FranFunnel?

The expectation is that the vast majority of your leads will be added to FranFunnel automatically. However, if you come across a situation where you need to enter a lead manually, you can do so via the desktop version on FranFunnel only.

From the menu in the top right corner of the screen, you’ll want to click on “New Lead” option. It will take you to a screen that looks like this:

Add in the lead’s information and click “Create Lead.”

Note: Leads added to FranFunnel manually do not receive automated-mails or text messages.
