Every FranFunnel account is different, however here are the three various marketing channels that we’re able to automate on your behalf. (To understand how your FranFunnel account works specifically, contact your FranFunnel account manager.)
Text Messages
By default, every single lead that comes into FranFunnel will receive a single automated text as soon as the lead is added to FranFunnel. After that first text message, you’re free to communicate with the leads manually. However, there are no text message drips in FranFunnel.
Auto-Responder Emails
By default, every single lead that comes into FranFunnel will receive an automated e-mail as soon as the lead is added to FranFunnel.
Drip Emails
By default, every single lead that comes into FranFunnel is eligible to receive automated drip e-mails at a cadence determined between you and your FranFunnel account manager. They will receive these e-mails as long as the leads are determined to be uncontacted. (See: How do I deactivate drip e-mails?) In general, we’ll send up to 1-4 follow-up emails in a 2-4 week period.
