When you first open the desktop version of FranFunnel, there are two charts on the right-hand panel.
Contact rate graph:
Here you will find a view of your lead flow over the last two weeks i.e. the purple line. Underneath the purple line, you’ll see a look at the various ways people can communicate with you over that same two-week period of time. The green line is total contacts and the orange, blue, and pink lines represent the various methods. (Keep in mind that e-mail and phone contacts must be manually logged by the user.)
The overall contact rate is calculated as (contacted leads) / (total leads) over the past two weeks.
Engagement rate graph:
Here you will find a view of your lead flow over the last two weeks i.e. the purple line. The green line is all the of the leads who have engaged with you. Engaged leads are defined as (contacted leads) + (leads who opened e-mails) + (leads who clicked e-mails). (Keep in mind that e-mail and phone contacts must be manually logged by the user.)
The overall engagement rate is calculated as (engaged leads) / (total leads) over the past two weeks.
We recommend using these charts to keep an eye on the success of your messaging over time. It can also be helpful in communicating with your co-workers about what FranFunnel is doing. For a more detailed look at your contact and engagement rate, download a lead export.
